Matthew 28:18-20
Jesus commands His followers to make disciples and baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Several questions arise concerning the rite of baptism:
Who should be baptized?
Why is baptism performed?
What does baptism mean? What does it accomplish?
How should it be performed and by what means?
When should baptism be performed?
