O'Fallon, Missouri

There are three programs under our Women’s Ministry:

1) Women of the Word
This ministry is a weekly Bible study on biblical issues. Studies are done over books of the Bible or a book geared towards topics of interest to ladies. Typically, studies last 8-12 weeks and occur 2-3 times a year.

Our current study begins September 11th and runs Monday evenings from 7-9pm until November 20th in the Liberty Church Conference room.

We will be using the book Hoping for something better by Nancy Guthrie.

Childcare will not be provided.

2) Women of Fellowship
This ministry meets bi-monthly for an evening of fellowship, refreshment and discipleship. Other times throughout the year we gather for edifying activities such as conferences or retreats.

Our fall 2017 events include:

“Treats and Testimonies”
For Liberty Ladies 16 years and older on October 14th.
We will be making cookies and caramels to deliver to local firefighters to thank them for their service and to invite them to Church, hearing testimonies from several ladies, and building community among the different-aged women of the church.
“Deck The Halls”
For Liberty Ladies 16 years and older on November 27th
We will be decorating the church for Christmas, sharing favorite desserts and appetizers, and building community among the different-aged women of Liberty.

3) Women of Service
This ministry serves the body of Liberty by providing meals and flowers for individuals in need. We also serve the local community by sharing Christ’s love and good news of salvation through outreach projects.
